Policies

  • Gift Voucher Policies:

    • Gift vouchers are non-refundable once purchased. However, they are fully transferable and can be given to another person if you are unable to use them. Please notify us in advance if you would like to transfer a voucher, so we can update our records accordingly. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these policies.

  • Attire Policy:

    • For the comfort and professionalism of both the client and the therapist, clients are required to wear underwear during the massage session. This ensures a hygienic and respectful environment for all parties involved. If you have any concerns or special requests regarding attire, please communicate them with your therapist prior to the session. By adhering to this attire policy, we aim to maintain a standard of professionalism while prioritizing the comfort and safety of both clients and therapists. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

  • Therapist Attire:

    • Our therapists adhere to a professional dress code to maintain a professional and comfortable environment during your session. They will be dressed in appropriate attire conducive to the massage therapy session. If you have any preferences or concerns regarding therapist attire, please feel free to communicate them with us prior to your appointment.

  • Inappropriate Behavior:

    • Your massage therapist is a trained professional, and sessions are conducted within the scope of practice for massage therapy. Any inappropriate behavior, gestures, or requests will result in immediate termination of the session, and the full fee will be charged.

  • Intoxicating Substances:

    • For your safety and the safety of the therapist, no intoxicating substances, including alcohol, should be consumed on the day of your appointment. If you arrive under the influence of any substance, the massage will be canceled, and the full fee will be charged. We prioritize a safe and comfortable environment for all clients and therapists.

  • Late Arrival:

    • If you arrive late for your scheduled appointment, the session may be shortened to accommodate the following appointments. However, the full session fee will still apply.

  • Health and Safety:

    • Your health and safety are our top priorities. If you are feeling unwell or have any symptoms of illness, please reschedule your appointment. We reserve the right to refuse service if there is a concern for the well-being of our therapists or other clients.

  • Cancellation Policy and Rescheduling:

    • We understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations and rescheduling to allow us to accommodate other clients.

  • Late Cancellation/No-Show Fee:

    • Cancellations made less than 3 hours prior to the scheduled appointment or no-shows may be subject to a fee of 50% of the price of the scheduled session. This fee is to compensate for the reserved time and resources.

  • Emergency Situations:

    • We understand that emergencies may occur, and exceptions may be made in such cases. Please communicate with us as soon as possible if you find yourself in an emergency situation.

  • Payment:

    • Payment can be done in advance or at the venue. Payments in advance can be done if you if you book through the Treatwell Platform or Revolut. If you wish to pay at the venue, we accept cash, card payment, and Revolut.

  • Feedback:

    • We value your feedback. If you have any concerns or suggestions, please feel free to share them with us after your session.​
